Background
Growing up surrounded by motorcycles and racing culture, Preston began riding at a very young age and quickly embraced the off-road lifestyle.
Over the years, he built a solid record in American off-road and desert racing, with highlights including his victory at the 2024 Mint 400 — where he teamed up with top riders and dominated the field — as well as winning the Sonora Rally on his first attempt.
With his addition to the new Monster Energy Honda HRC Rally2 squad for the 2026 W2RC season, Preston brings youthful energy, technical skill and a deep-rooted racing heritage. His goal: to adapt quickly to the demanding terrain of international rally-raid, push the limits of the Honda CRF450RX Rally, and carve out his own legacy — not his father’s.
